The following examples might give you an idea of the costs involved in some of our work:

• £50 would cover the cost of the many services provided by our Low Vision Centre to one blind person for one year
• £100 would cover the cost of providing a blind person with the talking newspaper service for one year
• £500 would cover the cost of providing special computer software for a blind person so that their computer ‘speaks’ to them enabling them to operate the equipment regardless of sight loss

There are many different ways you help us by fundrasing, donating or by shopping online with some of the UKs largest online retailers.

Donating to us

There are a number of ways that you can donate to us here at N-Vision. The easiest and safest way is via mydonate.

To make a single donation through your bank account please read our ‘Guide to Donating’ and follow the steps given.

Giving a donation each month through your bank account is a very special way of helping.  Your kind support will ensure that we will be ready and able to serve the rising number of people on the Fylde Coast who require information, support and our vital range of services.

If you would like to make a regular donation through your bank please download our ‘Guide to Donating’ and follow the steps on how to set up a Standing Order.

You can increase your donation to us by Gift Aiding it.  This means that for every pound you donate we will receive an extra 25p from the Inland Revenue, so that £10 can easily be turned into £12.50 just by Gift Aiding your donation.

An excellent way to help N-Vision is by remembering us in your Will.  After providing for loved ones, leaving a percentage of your estate or a fixed sum can make a real difference that will help us to support many visually impaired people in the future.

A further way to help raise money is by asking friends to make small donations in place of presents for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc.  We also welcome donations made in memory of individuals via funeral directors or direct from friends and family.
