Nutrition Group Team Takes on Tough Mudder for N-Vision

On Saturday 25th July 2026, an incredible team of 25 friends, family members and colleagues from Nutrition Group will take on theTough Mudder Yorkshire 5K in aid of N-Vision, helping to raise vital funds and awareness for people living with sight loss across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre.

The challenge promises to test every participant’s determination, with competitors tackling thick mud, ice baths, towering climbing obstacles and the event’s famous electric shock finish. Every obstacle they overcome represents their commitment to supporting local people affected by sight loss.

A Challenge with a Personal Meaning

This fundraising effort is especially significant for the team as one of their own, Terry, was recently diagnosed with the rare inherited eye condition Cone Rod Macula Dystrophy and has since been registered as Severely Sight Impaired.

Following his diagnosis, Terry and his wife, Amanda, turned to N-Vision for support. Since then, our team has been able to provide practical advice, specialist equipment, vision rehabilitation and ongoing emotional support as they adapt to life with sight loss.

Their experience has inspired colleagues, friends and family to rally together and take on one of the UK’s toughest obstacle courses to give something back.

Wearing Their Support with Pride

The team will proudly wear specially designed fluorescent challenge T-shirts featuring both the Nutrition Group and N-Vision logos. Terry is pictured modelling the official shirt, which symbolises the partnership between the two organisations and the shared commitment to supporting people living with sight loss.
